Do you supply other products not mentioned on your website?

What is the minimum quantity and is it per flavor?

Minimum quantity 250 units and yes- it's per flavor.

Do you recommend natural ingredients or petroleum products?

We specialize in and would recommend natural ingredient products - they are better for you and also the environment.

What's your policy on animal testing?

We do not test our products or any ingredients on any animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our natural ingredients have a shelf life of between 18-24 months depending upon how and where they are stored. It's a safer option to only purchase what you'll give away or intend to use within an 18 month window.

Do you offer all natural or petroleum products?

We specialize in All Natural products. However, if you have a special formulation request, we can formulate it for you.

How can you guarantee I'll be happy with the product?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and impressed with our service!

We offer premium merchandise and have specialized in Lip Balm for over 10 years.

I've purchased lip balm previously from another company and not been happy with the service or their product. The product smells off and is sticky. The company refuses to give me a refund. How do I know your products are a better quality?

This is a popular question. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace, credit, or refund your order. Contact us immediately about any quality or service issues you may have.

What are the art work requirements?

We prefer you artwork in Vector art. It is created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as, EPS or AI.

This outline drawing enables our graphics department to resize artwork without distortion or loss of detail, for imprinting purposes.

Do you prepare the artwork for the client?

Artwork proofs are supplied at no additional cost. No production begins unless artwork is signed off so any necessary changes can be made at this stage. We would look for your approval prior to any production run.

Do I receive a proof the artwork prior to production?

Yes- To guarantee complete satisfaction, artwork is provided and approved by free "e-mail proof visuals"

Do you offer physical pre-production samples?

Yes- we can also provide a single "physical custom label" prior to full production if required, providing in hand- deadlines permit. There is a $50.00 USD / £30.00 charge for pre production samples.

Do you offer custom lip balm flavors ?

Yes- we offer customized flavors from 2,500 units and above. Please inquire for more info.

Do you charge a set up fee?

Yes, set up fees apply on most products. It is a one time charge.

What payments do you accept?

UK/Europe office -Cheques only. US/Canadian Office - Cheques, Credit Cards: MasterCard & Visa.

How do you ship and what is the cost?

Products are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx. Shipping quote provided prior to placing an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

US & UK orders are ready to ship 7-10 business working days from artwork approval. Canadian orders ready to ship 15 business working days from artwork approval.

Can you supply Rush Jobs?

Rush Jobs are available depending upon deadline and are subject to additional shipping costs.

If you are looking for a quicker turnaround, we have the ability to provide in-house, non-laminated labels. These can be ready for shipping in 3 business working days from artwork approval. Printing restrictions apply.

Can I cancel an order?

Should you change your mind for any reason; cancellations can be accepted without penalty up to the point of artwork approval. After this point, cancellation charges will apply. The charges depend upon what costs have been incurred at the time and are based on individual orders.
