Decide on the logo & Information to appear on the label

Decide on the information to appear on the label. All labels are 4-colour process which means that we can reproduce photographic quality labels without additional expense. They are also laminated to provide protection.

A logo, website and/or a telephone number is the usual request – but you decide what information you’d like to appear. Whatever it is, we’re here to help you layout and create a memorable impression for the user.

Place your order & supply artwork

Place your order by e-mail, telephone or fax.

A representative will contact you and answer any questions you may have. Once we have all the necessary details, we prepare your Invoice which will also act as your Purchase Order.

Artwork is required in .eps files or large .jpg format. If you’d like to prepare finished artwork, please ask us for an .ai label die template.

It’s important to advise the very latest in-hand deadline at this stage to avoid any unnecessary shipping expenses.

Invoice/Purchase order approval

Once you’ve checked over the Invoice/Purchase order we’ll get to work on the label visual.

A deposit is required of 50% with the order.( Balance of your custom order is required prior to shipping). US/Canadian office accepts Visa & MasterCard.

Artwork proofs are supplied at no additional cost. You may want to resize fonts, darken images or add more text etc.. at this stage. Edits can be made up to the point of sign off which is when your order goes into production. Any changes, mistakes or expenses arising after sign off are the responsibility of the client, so please triple check punctuation, logos, colours etc, before sign off.

Production Times

US & UK orders are ready to ship 7-10 business working days from artwork approval. Canadian orders ready to ship 15 business working days from artwork approval.

Rush jobs are available depending upon deadline and are subject to additional shipping costs.

If you are looking for a quicker turnaround, we have the ability to provide in-house, non-laminated labels. These can be ready for shipping in 3 business working days from artwork approval.

Rush Jobs

We can sometimes speed up the process to meet that special deadline without additional “rush charges” for jumping the production line-up. The only extra expense is the cost of the air freight.

Physical pre-production product samples - if required

To guarantee complete satisfaction, all artwork is approved by "e-mailed proof visual".

However, if you require a label to match a specific PMS colour and colour is extremely important to you, we can also provide a "physical custom label" prior to full production, providing in hand- deadlines permit. There is a $50.00 USD charge for single pre production samples plus shipping costs.
